4 x my favorite kind of breakfast

I just love breakfast. I think it is even my favorite meal of the day. It could be a pretty good pickup line actually: you could be just like my breakfast, the last thing I think about when I go to sleep and the first thing I think about when I wake up. Anyway, I think I made my point. So hereby I’ll share my top 4 breakfasts of this moment:

1. Fluffy American pancakes

Of course these had to be in the list! The ultimate breakfast if you want to impress anyone or just yourself. I think they are delicious with some yoghurt and berries and a little bit of honey.

2. Greek yoghurt with honey and walnuts (or any other topping)

Since I came back from Greece last year I’m in love with this breakfast. Although the Greek yoghurt in the Netherlands is not the same as the Greek yoghurt in Greece, it still tastes allright and with honey it becomes even ten times better. I usually add some walnuts or pecannuts but you can also add some fruit of course, like blueberries, banana or strawberries.

3. Oatmeal

I’m a big fan of oatmeal, that’s why I’m very happy my internship is at Rude Health. I like my oatmeal best with some nuts and golden syrup but I’m going to different oatmeal phases so this could be different next week, you’ll never know!

4. Breakfast muffins

No need to explain I think. Muffins for breakfast never can go wrong! Especially when they are quite healthy and you don’t have to feel guilty while eating your favorite meal of the day. I love them with some blueberries and a nice cup of tea on the side.
